You should write
Most people are afraid of sharing their own thoughts online. One of the biggest mistake people think is that they have to be an "expert" to share about something. I'll explain.
The truth is, people don't want to learn from experts. They prefer to learn from those just a few steps ahead of them on the same path. And once you realise this, it's a huge creative unlock. You might connect with like-minded individuals, but that's just a bonus.
If you are a founder or a builder of any kind, share your experiences and learnings from the projects you did. Share how you cracked a new growth channel, how you managed retaining talent, how you got the first few enterprise customers, how you built the first version of the product, how you got investors to back you, how you manage your board meetings. Just open source your playbook.
If you share what you do, how you think, how you solve problems, and who you can help, the Internet will introduce you to lots of people who value you!
You don’t need hash tags, cute bullet icons or post your own picture with a coffee mug looking outside the window. Don’t fall for people who promise you followers and personal branding tips and sell you courses.
You are not writing for others, you are writing for your own mental clarity.
Don't overthink, write , share and good things will happen.
