I am an endurance sports enthusiast and my primary focus is long distance running. Occasionally I do cycling and swimming.

I took up the sport as a fitness routine to loose weight. And since then have evolved as a runner. I’ve a keen desire to continue exploring my best potential.

Running is a high-impact sport, therefore, my training is distributed between mileage, strength and conditioning, and recovery. I train10-15 hrs/week throughout the year, and during the peak season touch around 20 hrs/week.

In the last four years i’ve consistently met Boston marathon qualifier standards and thrice ran under Sub3 hr (2:59:52 , 2:59: 22, 2:55:58).

Boston Marathon 2022 was my first world major. I finished amongst the top 3 Indian and top 8 all time fastest Indian.

Full Marathon: 2:55:58 (2022)
Half Marathon: 1:22:48 (2023)
10k: 38:25 (2022)
5k: 18:55 (2012)
