I love helping others find the joy in running and achieve their goals. And I work with runners who have the aspiration to perform at the highest level and willingness to train for it. These are mostly working athletes (amateur runners with a 9am-6pm job). I’m also a working athlete.

My experience and skills are more suitable for long distances like 10k, Half marathon and Full marathon. My coaching philosophy is driven by scientific principles of endurance sports. It mimic's the same style in which I train and have been able to consistently get personal best times in all my races. I believe in putting the emphasis on quality and quantity and recovering in between. In the last 3 years i ran three full marathons (one per year) and achieved Boston marathon qualification standards in all and ran sub 3hrs thrice.

I’ve gained experience to understand training personas and needs of working athletes. Being a self coached athlete and the guidance received from mentors added to my knowledge. Each runner is different with unique physical and mental abilities. I work with athletes one-to-one to layout a framework for their workouts, nutrition and recovery that is personalised to their current and future potential.
